It is within walking distance of St. Andrews district. Right down the road from Hunts Oysters (best oysters around) and Uncle Ernie’s restaurant (best bloody Mary’s around). It was wonderful to be able to walk to dinner every night and walk to shop and explore during the day. The place itself was beautiful with 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs with a 1/2 bath downstairs.I was there to work so I did not get to enjoy the beaches (however, I did notice some were within a short distance). Joseph is an amazing host and very responsive! We noticed issues with the air condition unit when we arrived and he immediately had someone out to not only fix it for the night, but replace the whole unit the next day due to a leak being found in the unit. If you are looking for a place to stay that is private and calm but within walking distance to some amazing food and activities, this is your place.Tamyia2024-03-25Joseph is a great host. He answered all of my questions, which helped me tremendously! His place is very beautiful and is as shown in the photos. Overall, I have no complaints whatsoever in regard to Joseph, his booking process, and/or his listing!Ambryia2024-03-14Very clean, and felt secluded away from the busyness going on over spring break. Had a few minor issues the first night, but they were very responsive and they were resolved within an hour. Definitely recommend this spot for you and you families future vacay in Panama City!!
